We decided on the Tundra Wilderness Tour. It was 8 hours long. There was one that was 12 hours but no openings until Friday. If have to take the tour because cars are only allow in the first 15 miles of the park. We got our monies worth. We saw Moose, Caribou, Ptarmigan, Black Wolf, Brown Bears, Hares, Eagles and Dall-s Sheep. Joe (a Naturalist) was our guide. He was like a walking Encyclopedia went it came to the park and the animals. He even new more about fish as he had a master in Marine Biology as well.
Have always wanted to go to Denali and had the chance. The weather worked with us as well. We started the day with a nice lunch and the Princess Wilderness Resort.
